Saint Bede Academy is a private, four-year, Catholic college-preparatory high school located in Peru, Illinois. The campus is situated on 400 acres of land. Saint Bede Academy endeavors to prepare students for college and for life by welcoming them into a community of learning permeated by Christian values.

As a college preparatory school, St. Bede Academy ensures that students will be ready to continue their education. The average ACT score in 2011 of 24.1 was above the State (20.7) and National (21.0) averages. 16% of the graduating class of 2011 had a GPA of 4.0 and above20% of the senior class of 2012 were selected as Illinois State Scholars. 3 students from the class of 2012 were National Merit Scholar participants. An amazing 98% of St. Bede students participate in extra-curricular activities. The objective is to keep students busy! Every experience is a life lesson. The more students do, the more they learn.
